猝死预警无创指标的循证医学评价

猝死指各种原因引发的急性症状,出现后1小时内死亡,死亡率高,严重威胁人类的生命安全,75%为SCD(sudden cardiac death,SCD),其早期识别技术明显滞后于治疗技术,美国心脏协会/美国心脏病学学会/美国心律协会(AHA/ACC/HRS)《心脏性猝死的无创性危险分层共识》指出猝死相关临床指标为LVEF、QRS时限、QT间期、QT离散度、心率变异性和T波电交替等。如何准确识别处于猝死高危状态的人群是减少猝死发生的关键,本文针对几种常用的对猝死有预测作用的无创性检查方法进行循证医学评价。
